Terms and Conditions

This website is operated by Jami Eswar Anil Kumar (or your GST Registered Name: Vyntyra Consultancy Services).

By applying or paying for any internship service, you agree to the published program scope, eligibility checks, code of conduct, attendance expectations, and evaluation standards.

Program Access and Enrollment

• Admission is subject to review, seat availability, and payment confirmation.
• Upon successful payment, students will receive enrollment confirmation and dashboard access within 24 to 48 hours.
• Access to the Vyntyra Academy platform is provided for the duration of the selected internship program.
• You must maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials and are responsible for all activities under your account.

Certificates and Credentials

• Certificates are issued only after successful completion criteria are met.
• Internship certificates include completion status and performance evaluation.
• Nasscom & Futureskills Prime certification and LORs are provided upon request based on program completion.

Code of Conduct

• Participants must conduct themselves professionally at all times during the internship.
• False declarations, plagiarism, harassment, or misuse of resources may result in immediate suspension or removal.
• Unfair practices in assessments or projects will result in disqualification.
• Respect for intellectual property and confidentiality of project materials is mandatory.

Payment and Pricing

• All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes and listed in Indian Rupees (INR).
• Current internship program prices:
• 1.5 Months: ₹1,999
• 2 Months: ₹2,999
• 3 Months: ₹3,999
• Optional add-ons (Workshop: ₹199, Mock Interviews: ₹499) are available for an additional cost.
• Final payable amount is shown at checkout before payment confirmation.

Payment Security and Fraud Prevention

• Any misuse of payment systems or disputed fraudulent activity can result in suspension.
• Payments are processed through Razorpay and PayU, authorized payment gateway partners.
• Users must provide accurate billing and contact information for transaction verification.
• Suspected high-risk or non-compliant transactions may be held, canceled, or rejected.
• Chargebacks raised directly with banks may result in account access suspension until dispute closure.

Limitation of Liability

• Vyntyra Consultancy Services is not liable for technical failures, internet interruptions, or third-party service disruptions.
• Participation in optional activities or assessments is entirely voluntary and occurs at your own risk.

Modifications to Terms

Vyntyra Consultancy Services reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to registered participants.
